
What you need:
- 2 x 500g rich chocolate cake bases, halved lengthways, un-iced and unfilled
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 x 200g packet Aeroplane Sweet Treats Chocolate Mousse
- 500ml full-cream cold milk
- 150g milk chocolate, grated (i.e. flakes, crushed)
What to do:
- Place a slice of the chocolate cake base into a large rectangular serving dish (20cm x 30cm).
- Mix cocoa with 1/2 cup hot water and pour over both of the chocolate cake bases.
- Beat Aeroplane Sweet Treats Chocolate Mousse mix with milk until thick and creamy, and then pour over the prepared cake base.
- Place the second slice of now iced chocolate cake onto the mousse layer, icing facing up and sprinkle on the chocolate.
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes or until set. Serve within one to two days of making.
