What you need:
- 1 x 200g packet Aeroplane Sweet Treats Choc
- Honeycomb Mousse
- 2 cups (500ml) milk
- Empty the Aeroplane Sweet Treats Choc Honeycomb Mousse mix sachet contents and milk into a mixing bowl.
- Using the electric hand mixer beat on LOW speed for 30 seconds until just combined. Increase speed to HIGH and beat for 2 ½ mins until mousse is thick and creamy.
- Spoon mousse into 6 individual serving cups.
- Serve immediately for a creamy mousse or CHILL for 1-2 hours to create a firmer set mousse.
