The former X Factor winner and Barbie Rock 'N Royals ambassador Marlisa talks to TG about living her dream life!

How’s life since X Factor?

I still can’t believe I won it! I’m grateful everyday. I’ve been recording a lot preparing for my next single, which will be released soon.

Has your life changed much?

Definitely! I do homeschooling now instead of normal school because education is so important. I’m living my dream singing! I’m doing so many gigs and charity events – I Iove it.

Were you excited to be picked as the Barbie Rock 'N Royals ambassador?

I'm so excited! I have loved Barbie ever since I was little, so to work with Barbie is a dream come true! I’m so excited.

Tell us a bit about the Barbie Rock 'N Royals competition?
You have to enter by buying a Barbie Rock 'N Royals doll, then go to the Total Girl website and tell us why you want me to rock your school and the winner will get a concert at the school by me as well as a Barbie prize pack!

Is it weird getting noticed in the street now?

Yeah, it’s very different! I used to never be noticed, now I just think it's amazing that people will come and talk to me because they know who I am, it's amazing!

Which singer would you love to sing with?

Celine Dion! She has a beautiful big voice, also Rihanna!
