Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

What you need:

  • 1 x 225g packet Aeroplane Sweet Treats Strawberry Jelly Slice
  • 80g butter, melted
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 x 395g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, washed and chopped

What to do:
  1. Dissolve the Strawberry Jelly Crystals in 300ml boiling water. Pour into a small shallow dish. Set aside and allow to cool.
  2. Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoon biscuit mixture into 10 x 150ml clear plastic cups. Using a spoon or fingertips press biscuits into cup bases.
  3. Dissolve the Filling Mix in 100ml boiling water. Set aside and allow to cool.
  4. Beat together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Then pour in the cooled filling mixture and beat until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the biscuit bases.
  5. Place chopped strawberries on top of the cheesecake mixture, and then pour over the cooled Strawberry Jelly evenly.
  6. Place cups into the fridge and chill until set (about one to two hours).

Hint:
Cheesecake will keep one to two days in covered in the fridge. Yum!
