Ice-Cream Soda Jelly Cones Recipe

Easy, yummy summer treat recipe!
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Chill Time: 5 hours or overnight in freezer
Serves: 8
What you need:
  • 1 x 85g Aeroplane Original Raspberry or Strawberry Jelly
  • 250ml Raspberry creaming soda
  • 500g vanilla ice cream
  • Colourful sprinkles
  • 12 x Ice cream cone cups

What to do:

  1. POUR Aeroplane Original Raspberry or Strawberry jelly Crystals into bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water to jelly crystals and stir until dissolved. REFRIGERATE until soft set approx. 1.5 hours.
  2. MEANWHILE, take ice cream from freezer and defrost. Stir occasionally, until smooth and softened.
  3. MIX together raspberry creaming soda, soft set Raspberry or Strawberry jelly and vanilla ice cream and place in freezer until firm.
TO SERVE, scoop ice cream soda jelly into cones and SPRINKLE with coloured sprinkles.
