OMTG, did you know that Ariana Grande’s been hiding what her hair really looks like for all these years?

When she played Cat Valentine in Victorious and Sam & Cat on Nickelodeon she had to dye it red, which meant she had to straighten it lots!

But now she’s shown the world her natural hairstyle – beautiful curly waves!
