Hi Total Girls!
New York, New York! My latest adventure was to The Big Apple. It was my first time visiting this buzzing city and it was one of the best experiences of my life! I was able to see so many incredible sights including the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, Times Square and Broadway.
While I was in the heart of the city, I attended the world premiere of the movie ‘Epic.’ There was a green carpet and I was lucky enough to chat with some of the ‘Epic’ cast including: Amanda Seyfried, Colin Farrell, Chris O’Dowd and Aziz Ansari. I also chatted with the director Chris Wedge and explored the animation studio where ‘Epic’ was made!

My favourite part of New York? I’ve decided that I have two. The first is Central Park because it’s beautiful and filled with excitement. As I walked around the park, I noticed people playing instruments, a man painting a portrait and guess what!? There were sea lions! That’s right, Central Park has its very own zoo. Oh and I can’t forget to mention the cute squirrels running all around the park. Did you know that Central Park is larger than the country of Monaco?

My other favourite place is Times Square. It’s seriously the most colourful, crazy, chaotic place I have ever been! There’s lots of flashing lights, oversized billboards and hundreds of yellow taxis. I was so excited to visit Broadway which is where all the world’s best musicals are performed! The trip made me realise just how many opportunities there are all around the world. You just need to find your dream and go for it!
