Dear TG,
I need your help badly. I'm moving schools, worse to another state. I'm really sad and I will miss all my friends. I also don't know how to tell them. Please give me advice on what to do and being new.

That must be upsetting! But, it'll be alright. You'll make tons of new friends-trust me. You can still email or somehow contact your other friends. I wish you luck

I've moved schools 5 times. When you move you'll feel nervous, it's best to forget about the past and look at future ahead of you. Your bound to meet new friends.

It has happened to me before except I moved to a new continent. It is really hard. Explain quietly that u are moving and ask them for their phone number or email so u can stay in contact

Moving states can be really hard, but with the bad comes the good, moving to a new state can mean new experiences and new friends.

I moved schools in grade 2 and it can be hard. But you shouldn't worry everything will turn out fine. Be friendly.

Hi Anonymous, I know it hard my best friend did it! But you should tell them and let them bewhere so you can keep i touch! They will be upset and maybe you to. But i promise it will be ok!

I think she should throw a sleepover and tell her friends there and brake it to them easily and let them no that its not your choice and you really don't wanna go

i know it can be hard but you need to tell your friends face to face. tell them your upset. maybe have a leaving party and brainstorm ideas of how you and your friends can keep in touch.

Its ok!,I have been in the same situation.By sitting your friends down and telling them one-on-one is the best way from my view,they seem to stay more calm and will understand.Goodluck!

Oh, I feel really bad for you. Tell your friends that you are moving states, and make something together, swap your e-mail addresses and become pen-pals. Hope this helps.

its easy I moved different countries but mum had the teachers email and I've ended up making heaps of new friends

first choose if you want to be shy, loud, good or bad then get to know everyone first then choose your friends then im sure you will fit in. if not just be yourself

Friends are there to be made, you will always find some one to be your friend, but also remember to keep in touch with your old ones as well.

its okay because I moved to Perth in 2009 life always gets better you might not like the idea but life always offers you a second chance and that's tomorrow trust me you won't regret it.
