- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/4 cup fresh passionfruit pulp
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 12 paddlepop sticks
What to do:
- Ask an adult to help you cut cheeks off mangoes. Remove and discard the skin. Place flesh in a small food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and add passionfruit, fresh orange juice and yoghurt. Stir until combined.
- Divide mixture into two x 6-hole iceblock molds. Wrap firmly in plastic. Using a small knife or scissors, get a parent to help you make an incision large enough to poke a paddle pop stick through in the centre of each ice-block mold. Carefully insert a paddle pop stick through each incision. Freeze overnight.
- Remove plastic. Stand at room temperature for five minutes, then dip bases of molds into warm water to remove.
Lactose intolerant TGs can use CoYo yoghurt, which is made from coconut flesh instead of milk - available at all good health food stores.
