DIY Cheerleading Pom Poms

Get dancing, shaking, and cheering with your very own pom poms!

Here's what you'll need:

- Crepe or tissue paper
- Metallic wrapping paper (optional)
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Sticky Tape

Step 1:

Pile six sheets of crepe paper on top of each other, alternating colours. You can add a sheet of metallic paper in the middle. Fold in half and flatten.

Step 2:

Cut 2cm strips upwards towards the fold. Make sure you leave 5cm from the top of the fold uncut.

Step 3:

Slowly and tightly roll the crepe paper from one side to the other.

Step 4:

Lift the whole thing up using the tightly rolled uncut side of the crepe paper. This will be your pom pom's handle. Wrap sticky tape around the handle so that you can now give your completed pom poms a good shake!
