• Matte and metallic tissue paper
• Metallic string
• Hot Glue gun
• Scissors

What to do:

1. Fold the tissue paper sheet in half vertically and horizontally. Cut along one of the folds, creating two separate sheets.
   
2. Keeping the fold at the top of your sheet, cut thin vertical strips (about 1.5cm), leaving 2cm of uncut tissue at the top of your sheet.
   
3. Unfold the sheets and flatten out. Working with one sheet at a time, roll the tissue paper tightly along the uncut middle portion. Twist the rolled piece and fold in half to make a loop.
   
4. Feed the metallic string through the loops, spacing and gluing the tassels 4cm apart.
